They are under control of the FDA “FOOD and drug administration.” They see it only as a food and not a medication or drug.
That’s why they can’t claim a cure. The government doesn’t believe food cures anyone of a disease.
Other government entities control false advertising.

Most people consider Vitamins and Supplements part of our daily needs. That is why they don’t control them, I personally consider supplements “drugs” because of everything with ephedra and such, but a lot less people would be using these if they were controlled. No politician would want to be pinned down as the person who made all the substances controllable even if it would help the health of people in this country.
