I am sick 24/7 during the school year because I don’t sleep enough and I have high stress. I know the right thing to do is sleep more but this is impossible with my schedule.

I take a multi-vitamin, echinacea, vitamin C, and zinc. Are there any other things that are supposed to enhance the immune system?
