What Supplements/Vitamins make hair grow quicker?

I know there is no “Magic Pill”, to make hair grow supper quick, but I know that certian supplements and vitamins help hair grow a tad bit quicker, does anyone know which ones? Has anyone tried anything that has made it grow quicker? Thanks so much for your imput!!

   try primrose oil, it makes hair and nails, stronger. if u want thicker try applying caster oil for at least an hour once or twice a week before showering its supposed to make hair thicker and grows long faster.
