		<description>Fish oil is a great supplement.  I take Flax seed oil to get my Omega 3's.  I like it better than fish oil for a number of reasons, but do what works for you :)

I'm also taking Chromium to keep my metabolism steady and Vitamin E for skin and hair health.  

A couple weeks ago I bought Spirulina supplements and felt kinda yucky at first (they say it rids toxins from your system) but now I feel just wonderful and healthy.</description>
