		<description>I take mine 3 times daily. I keep a small pill bottle with me at all times in case I am not at home to take them during lunch.
It depends on how many you take and what the directions say also. Most of mine are taken 3 times a day.  I seperate them all first thing in the morning and take the ones that are to be taken once a day then. Then put the lunch ones in a bottle and the nightly ones in a place to take when I get home.
I take 3 c's daily 1000mg, 3 b-complex - 3 fish oil 1000mg-3-4 garlic- 3 potassium 1 calcium mag. mix- 3 red rice yeast- 2 cortislims.
Hope this helps...What age you are makes a difference also.
