Hello, I been working out for about 2 weeks now and I love it. But i’m curious if there are any vitamins/herbal supplements that helps build muscle for working out or for more energy. I drink green tea which I think helps

    Building muscle requires a lot of protein. Drink whey protien shakes immediately after you work out, and then maybe 1-2 times more throughout the day. Each drink should give you roughly 20 grams of protien. You should be eating 1.5-2 times your body weight in protein everyday if your goal is to gain muscle.

    In addition to protien, you can use other supplements to give you a better workout
