I am obsessed with Janet Jacksons body and I want to get into shape so my body can look like her’s and I saw her on Oprah on Monday and she said she took some supplements and vitamins, I was wondering if I should take them and if so what kind should I take?

I know there are tons of supplements someone can take but which ones have the best results that can be proven? In example is it worth buy stuff like ginseng and milk thistle because sometimes supplements are quite expensive and if they don’t yield any good results then why bother.
