any good supplements or vitamins to treat allergies?

I have used all the prescription stuff, claritin, zyrtec, allegra and the ones that work make me so drowsy i can’t keep my eyes open or else they make me pee all the time (don’t know why). I have used the vitamin supplement quercitin but it only helped a little. anyone use anything natural that relieves allergy symptoms, other than saline nose spray (which has a very minimal effect on me)? thanks.
