Is there anything like milk or vitamins/supplements that can increase height?

I heard that cod liver oil helps, and I tried it for a few months and nothing happened. Any ideas and by how much does it increase height?

   For my age but wouldnt take those things they are looking for is medicine get from height specialist steroids.
   For is medicine get from height specialist steroids but am extremely short for my age but wouldnt take those things they are looking for.
