If you don’t eat, you will start feeling nauseous and sick. You need to eat. Just eat until your stomach stops growling. When it starts to growl again, eat again until it stops. What will happen is you will lose the weight faster while it seems like you just snack all day. Eat lots of fruit and raw veggies. Here’s a tip that I like - one day a week eat one candy bar or other junk food you like. That way you don’t feel like your depriving yourself from the sweets. It’s okay to indulge once in a while.
