I have a REALLY bad memory.. and its starting to get worse and worse lately. Its affecting my personal life, and my job, and im starting to get serious anxiety over how bad things will get from this point on.
Please, if you know of something that REALLY works to help combat memory loss, or, repair it, let me know! Im really worried

I have used all the prescription stuff, claritin, zyrtec, allegra and the ones that work make me so drowsy i can’t keep my eyes open or else they make me pee all the time (don’t know why). I have used the vitamin supplement quercitin but it only helped a little. anyone use anything natural that relieves allergy symptoms, other than saline nose spray (which has a very minimal effect on me)? thanks.
